Luofu expressway starts from luocun, the border between yunnan and guangxi, and ends in funing county, wenshan zhuang and miao autonomous prefecture, yunnan province. Its section length is 79.3 kilometers, and the total estimated investment is 4.665 billion yuan. The project started construction in January 2005 and lasted for 34 months.
